The Model 136 Process Monitor features a large 2-line backlit high-contrast LCD display which shows the complete process status. The upper left portion of the top line displays the actual density value either in degrees Baume or g/ml (user selected). To the right of the density value is the deviation. This is the number of degrees Baume or g/ml above the process control point (indicated by a + sign) or below the process control point (indicated by a – sign). The left side of the bottom line displays the current time and date used for internal data logging. The time and date appear alternately every six seconds. Finally, to the right of the time and date is a mini strip-chart showing the last eight deviation data points. It shows at a glance recent density level trends to help diagnose process problems.
