System Status Indicator LEDs
The Model 136 Monitor has two LEDs that show the operational status
of the Control System. The control has two basic operating modes:
AUTO Mode
A green LED is lit whenever the Control is in the AUTO mode of
operation.
This means the automatic control of the replenisher pump(s) is governed
by the Model 140/141 Control. During this operating mode, the red PUMP
light will turn on and off periodically as the pump(s) are switched on
and off by the control. The PUMP light indicates that AC power is
sensed
at the pump terminal of the Model 120 Power Module. Correct functioning
of the PUMP light thus verifies correct function of the pump control
chain
including the pump power relay in the Power Module. Pump control
functions
continuously in all AUTO modes including Setup and Instant Replay.
MANUAL Mode
The green LED is off in this mode. However, the red PUMP LED is
always
on. In Manual mode, the replenisher pump(s) are continuously powered
through
the Model 120 Power Module unit allowing the operator complete control
of the replenisher pump(s) power, but the alarm will sound after five
minutes.
